Development of materials for building CYL. BLOCK & C/HEAD
and Hydraulic Components for most optimized engine and Hydraulic Components.
In order to supply most optimized materials so that our clients
can develop the highest-quality product, continuous research
and development is beding conducted.

- New Material Development (CGI Process Development,
  Development of enhanced manageable materal, etc.)
- New Product Development (Development of Material
  Production Process for new engine model development etc.)
- New Technology Development (Development of new
  technology for production of effective material, general
  environment friendly technology, etc.)

We pursue to be the best company both in domestic and
overseas level, as we push forward our R&D of engine materials
and hydraulic materials in Incheon foundry, Gimpo foundry and Casting Mold division with the above objective in mind.

Major development achievement

  • 2017 Development of 28Φ-level Mono MCV for excavators as the first in Korea under collaboration with PARKER in progress
  • 2017 Development of Diesel Cylinder Block(2.0L) for Ssangyong Motors in progress
  • 2016 Won Prime Minister Award from the National Casting Technic Contest sponsored by Korea Foundry Society
  • 2016 Developed and established production system of 4 types of Control Valve for CATERPILLAR
  • 2016 Developed and established production system of Tier V Diesel Cylinder Block &Head
  • 2015 Established new molding line and sand preparation line in Incheon foundry
  • 2014 Developed and established production system of DV27 Cylinder Block & Head for trolley (CGI)
  • 2012 Developed and established production system of three types of Compact Diesel Block for BOBCAT
  • 2012 Developed and established production system of Doosan Mottrol’s hydraulic components
